Our approach
Every stay begins with a clear picture of where you are. Your clinical team then builds a plan that combines therapy, 12-step principles and wellness practices, and updates it as you progress.

Clinical therapies
Your therapist and clinical team use proven methods to help you understand patterns, manage emotions and prepare for life after treatment.
Identify the thoughts and beliefs that drive substance use, reframe unhelpful patterns and practice healthier responses to cravings and stress.
Build practical skills in mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance and communication.
Work through past experiences in a safe, paced way, with care that recognizes how trauma and substance use are often connected.
Regular one-on-one sessions with your therapist to work on the issues behind substance use and set goals for your recovery.
Daily groups led by our clinical team, where residents learn skills, share experiences and support one another.
When appropriate, sessions with loved ones help rebuild trust, improve communication and strengthen your support at home.
Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing, offered by clinicians who specialize in trauma.
A present-focused approach that builds coping skills for trauma and substance use together.
Psychiatric evaluation and medication management by a contracted psychiatrist via telehealth, with medication-assisted treatment overseen by our Medical Director.
12-step recovery
Our program is guided by the principles of the 12-step model. Alongside therapy, residents are introduced to the steps and a recovery community that continues long after treatment.

Holistic therapies and wellness
Recovery takes more than therapy sessions. Experiential and wellness activities help residents reduce stress, express what is hard to put into words and build routines that support recovery.
