“One of the best things about working at Harlow is that the team is so experienced and diversified. We use that diversity to offer a variety of treatment modalities rather that a one-size-fits-all program. Another benefit is the ease and expediency of making decisions without any corporate red tape; we can determine and implement solutions immediately.”Dr. Ray comes to Harlow Gardens with a true depth of experience in counseling, therapy and group facilitation.   Dr. Ray’s passion for counseling shines through his work and educational history.  In the early to mid 2000s, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Human Services from University of Phoenix.
